Stay Casino Review

StayCasino has grown a lot since it first opened its doors in early 2021. What started as a cosy, colourful casino built around the “stay home” mood of the time is now one of the biggest game libraries I have reviewed: more than 24,700 titles from over 140 providers. For Canadian players there is a full welcome pack of up to C$5,000 + 350 free spins, fast Interac e-Transfer payouts, a weekly promo calendar and a 14-level loyalty program. I went back and re-tested the site to bring this StayCasino review up to date – here is everything you need to know before you sign up.

StayCasino at a Glance

Licence and Ownership

StayCasino is owned and operated by Metlait SRL, a company registered in Costa Rica (registration number 3-102-911867, registered address in Cartago). The casino holds E-gaming licence No. 0000064 issued by the Tobique Gaming Commission. Earlier versions of this review listed a Curacao licence and a different operator – that information is now out of date.

Players from most Canadian provinces can register, but residents of Ontario and New Brunswick are on the casino’s restricted list. If you live in Ontario, you will need to stick to casinos regulated by iGaming Ontario.

Casino Bonuses

The most interesting part! StayCasino greets new players with a welcome pack spread across the first six deposits. In total you can claim up to C$5,000 and 350 free spins. The minimum deposit for each stage is C$20, and no promo code is needed – simply pick the bonus when you make your deposit.

Here is how it works in practice: if you deposit C$150 for the first time, you get an extra C$150 in bonus funds plus 100 free spins. Make the same C$150 deposit as your second one and you receive C$112.50 on top, plus 50 free spins.

VIP Welcome Pack for High Rollers

If you prefer to play with bigger stakes, StayCasino has a separate VIP welcome pack worth up to C$30,000 + 780 free spins. It is spread over five VIP deposits, each with up to C$6,000 in bonus funds:

• 1st VIP deposit: up to C$6,000 + 125 free spins
• 2nd VIP deposit: up to C$6,000 + 150 free spins
• 3rd VIP deposit: up to C$6,000 + 180 free spins
• 4th VIP deposit: up to C$6,000 + 125 free spins
• 5th VIP deposit: up to C$6,000 + 200 free spins

Regular Promotions

The welcome pack is only the start. The promo calendar keeps existing players busy every week:

• Weekly Cashback: 7% of your losses back, up to C$5,000 every week.
• Tuesday Free Spins: 100 free spins every Tuesday on any deposit.
• Weekend Reload Bonus: a reload bonus of up to C$500 every weekend.
• New Provider Bonuses: 75 free spins to try games from freshly added studios.
• Prize Drops: random cash prizes from providers like Pragmatic Play and Wazdan while you play selected slots.

StayCasino Promo Codes

While the welcome pack works without a code, most of the regular promotions do need one. These codes were active when I updated this review:

Codes change regularly, so always double-check the current list on the casino’s Promotions page.

Is There a No Deposit Bonus?

At the time of my latest test, StayCasino did not offer a classic no deposit bonus to new players. Every offer in the welcome pack and the promo calendar requires a deposit of at least C$20. The good news is that most slots can be played for free in demo mode, so you can try games before risking real money.

Wagering Requirements

Before you can withdraw bonus winnings, you need to meet the wagering requirements. At StayCasino these depend on your loyalty level: new players on levels 1–5 must wager bonuses x45, while players on the top level 14 only need x20 (see the full table in the VIP section below). Also check the maximum bet and the bonus validity period in the bonus terms before you activate an offer – these are the rules players most often trip over.

Casino Games

StayCasino offers a breathtaking range of games on every possible theme, so everybody can find something to their taste. With more than 24,700 titles, the library has grown more than six times since the casino launched. Here is how the collection breaks down:

Almost every major studio is on board, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution, Play’n GO, NetEnt, Red Tiger, Yggdrasil, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, Relax Gaming, Playtech, BGaming, Evoplay, Endorphina, Belatra and Amatic. In the lobby you will find all categories plus new, popular and recommended games picked by StayCasino.

Online Slots

Slot games can be found under the slots category. You can filter the slots by provider and sort them by name, popularity or release date – with over 17,000 titles, the filters are a must. You will find timeless classics, Megaways slots, Bonus Buy games and brand new releases, often on the day they launch. Slots from Games Global, KA Gaming, Spinomenal, Playtech and Pragmatic Play make up the biggest part of the collection.

Jackpot Games

With more than 5,400 jackpot games, StayCasino is a great choice if you are chasing a big win. The selection covers fixed jackpots as well as progressive networks, so you can play for anything from small daily prizes to life-changing sums.

Live Casino

Live casino games are even more thrilling! More than 1,550 live tables from Evolution, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, ImagineLive and other studios bring you professional dealers around the clock. Blackjack alone has over 900 tables, and there are almost 300 roulette tables, more than 200 baccarat tables and close to 80 game shows. Feel like you are in Las Vegas without leaving home!

Crash and Instant Games

Fans of fast games will find 250 crash games, including hits from Spribe and Turbogames. Add scratch cards, bingo, keno and sic bo, and there is always something quick to play between longer slot sessions.

How to Sign Up at StayCasino

Opening an account takes just a couple of minutes:

1. Click the Sign Up button in the top right corner of the homepage.
2. Enter your email address and create a strong password.
3. Choose Canada as your country and CAD as your account currency.
4. Confirm that you are of legal gambling age in your province (18 or 19, depending on where you live) and accept the terms.
5. Fill in your personal details and confirm your email via the link the casino sends you.

My tip: complete the identity verification right after registering. Payout speed depends not only on the payment method but also on your verification status, so a verified account gets its first withdrawal much faster.

Mobile Casino

Modern online casinos definitely should have a mobile version of the site and games – and StayCasino has it too. There is no native app in the App Store or Google Play, but you don’t need one: the website is fully responsive and can be added to your home screen as a web app (PWA) on both Android and iOS.

Games run smoothly on mobile internet, the interface stays clean and you can do everything you would on desktop – deposit, claim bonuses, contact support and withdraw. Spin the slots and join live tables anytime, anywhere!

Deposit and Withdrawal Methods

StayCasino offers plenty of payment options for Canadian players, with Interac front and centre. The minimum deposit and minimum withdrawal are C$20 for all methods, and deposits are credited instantly.

StayCasino is also very crypto friendly. Through its CoinsPaid integration you can deposit and withdraw with Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, Ethereum, Litecoin, Dogecoin, Tether (USDT), XRP, BNB, Cardano and TRON.

How Fast Are Withdrawals?

The casino processes withdrawals 24/7, including weekends. How quickly the money reaches you depends on the method:

If you want your winnings fast, go for an e-wallet or crypto. For bigger wins, choose a method with a C$4,000 per-transaction limit, such as Interac e-Transfer, so you don’t have to split your cashout into several smaller requests.

VIP and Loyalty Program

StayCasino rewards regular players with a loyalty program of 14 levels. You earn comp points on every real-money bet and climb the levels as you play. Each new level unlocks free spins – level 1 gives 65 free spins in total, and by level 14 the rewards add up to 2,860 free spins. VIP players also get a personal manager.

The real highlight, though, is that wagering requirements get lower the higher you climb:

For regular players this makes a real difference – on the higher levels, bonuses are much easier to turn into withdrawable cash.

Safety and Fair Play

StayCasino uses SSL encryption to protect your personal and payment data, and all games come from established providers with independently tested random number generators. The casino runs on SOFTSWISS, one of the most widely used and reliable casino platforms in the industry.

In the responsible gambling section you can set deposit, loss and session limits, take a cooling-off break or self-exclude completely. If you feel gambling is becoming a problem, Canadian players can get free, confidential help from the Responsible Gambling Council or their provincial support line.

Customer Support

StayCasino’s support team is available 24/7 via live chat and email at [email protected]. Live chat replies usually come within a few minutes, and the team can help with deposits, withdrawal limits, verification and bonus questions. For quick answers, the FAQ section on the website is also worth a look.
